Renew Your ICBC Insurance Online

You can now complete your ICBC policy through ICBC’s online portal or have us call you to complete the process by phone and email.

Only some transactions are eligible for renewal on ICBC’s online portal. The requirements are:

  • The vehicle is only in one name, and is not registered in a company name or a leased vehicle.

  • The policy is not expired.

  • You have no outstanding debts with ICBC.

If the renewal is not eligible, you must come in to the office to renew or complete a phone/email renewal with us.
